iTunes Premium Feed

I went through the process of setting a feed for my iTunes. I gave it a unique name as required.

However, when it shows up in my iTunes, it has the name "Paola/'s Arabic Lessons" associated with it. Why?

I have gone through the process twice, and I have had the same result both times.
