| إيه رقمك المفضل؟ |
| (ʾeīh raqamak el-mofaḍḍal?) |
| رقمي المفضل هو سبعة. |
| (raqamī el-mofaḍḍal howwa sabʿah.) |
| Once more with the English translation. |
| إيه رقمك المفضل؟ |
| (ʾeīh raqamak el-mofaḍḍal?) |
| “What's your favorite number?” |
| رقمي المفضل هو سبعة. |
| (raqamī el-mofaḍḍal howwa sabʿah.) |
| “It's seven.” |
| First of all you'll need to learn how to say “What's your favorite number?” |
| That's: |
| إيه رقمك المفضل؟ |
| (ʾeīh raqamak el-mofaḍḍal?) |
| Listen to it again: |
| إيه رقمك المفضل؟, إيه رقمك المفضل؟ |
| (ʾeīh raqamak el-mofaḍḍal?, ʾeīh raqamak el-mofaḍḍal?) |
| "What's your favorite number?" |
| Now, how do you answer this question? |
| The pattern is: |
| رقمي المفضل هو [number]. |
| (raqamī el-mofaḍḍal howwa [number].) |
| This Arabic sentence literally means “My favorite number is [number].” |
| For example: |
| “It's seven.” |
| رقمي المفضل هو سبعة., رقمي المفضل هو سبعة. |
