Alisha: Nobody wants to meet a horrible person, but it is good to be ready with the right words to describe one.
SLANG EXPRESSIONS
Alisha: The expressions you will be learning in this lesson are:
Sherif: أليط (ʾalīṭ)
Sherif: كحيان (kaḥyān)
Sherif: فكسان (faksān)
Sherif: شايف نفسه (šāyef nafsoh)
Alisha: Sherif, what's our first expression?
Sherif: أليط (ʾalīṭ)
Alisha: literally meaning "elite." But when it's used as a slang expression, it means "snobby."
