Let’s start with the easiest one. |

It means “thank you.” |
If you want to be more formal, you should use the following phrase. |
šukran ǧazīlan! |
[slowly] šukran ǧazīlan! |
It means “thank you so much.” |
The word ǧazīlan means "much" or "very." When you want to express gratitude in a more polite and direct manner, make sure to use ǧazīlan. |
To sound like a pro, you can add also add why you're thankful. For example, shukraan jazilaan lak ealaa musaeadatik. |
“Thank you very much for your help.” |
What if you want to appreciate something casually? Here's the way to say it. |
Mutašakkirah. |
[slowly] Mutašakkirah. |
It means “thanks" and it can be used by female speakers. If you a male speaker, say mutašakkir. |
Now you know 3 different ways to say "thank you" in Arabic! But how do you respond if someone thanks you? |
If someone says "thank you" in Arabic, simply say Bi kulli surūr. It means "with pleasure." |
